Cancellations & Miscellaneous Fees

Wait Fee| $5 per 5 minutes.

Max wait time is 15 minutes after appointment time.

15 minute maximum wait time, then appointment is cancelled. Please ensure you are prepared for your notary appointment to avoid delays.

Appointment Cancellations| $ 35

Cancellation fee for a Mobile or E-Notarization appointment. Cancelling an appointment is an inconvenience to the notary and the notary's appointment schedule. This fee is for No call/No Shows, Mobile and E-Notary appointments. Signer can rebook but the full payment of services is due at the time of scheduling.

Client Refusal to Sign | $25

If a signer refuses to sign during the appointment. The appointment will be cancelled and the full service cost plus and additional $25 will apply to the client's invoice.

Holiday Notarization| $25

Fee for notary to perform notarial acts for a client on a major holiday.

Payments & Invoices

Preferred forms of payment are credit/debit cards and cash. Cash app, Venmo and personal checks are not accepted. Prior to your appointment you will receive an invoice detailing the total costs for the rendering of notarial services.
